Richard Lew
Richard is a highly respected producer of quality video programs, having won numerous industry awards for his work. He is a past president of both the Australian Video Producers Association and Shalom TV and has been a member of the programming executive of the Melbourne Community Television Consortium Channel 1).

His video production company Spinning Heads employs state-of-the-art digital production equipment including a comprehensive broadcast edit suite Spinning Heads has been producing instructional video programs for over 30 years, with customers including Coles Myer, ANZ Bank, Telstra and BHP.

Anthony Jaye
Anthony has been involved in the Information Technology industry for the past twenty years. He has a Bachelor of Applied Science and has worked in a number of areas within the industry including the production of software products for small, large and government organisations.

His roles included the production and running of training courses for organisations such as Telstra, Elders IXL and McDonnel Douglas Information Systems.

Anthony has also been instrumental in the production of web based applications and has produced many End-User instructional manuals and programs.

Fiona O’Donnell
Fiona is Mentor’s Childcare Industry Manager. She has been involved in the childcare industry for over 10 years, having owned and operated numerous childcare centres.

Fiona is a member of the Private Childcare Association of Canberra and has been involved with the implementation of various training programs within childcare centres under her control.

Kathy McKenzie
Kathy is a specialist communications trainer currently completing her Master’s in Professional Vocational Education and Training.

She has national and international experience with eight years in the health industry and over 5 years as a training specialist as a ‘Master Practitioner’ in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Among the many organisations she consults to and has trained are TMP Worldwide, Flight Centres International and Optus.

Michael Birch
Michael has over 20 years experience in the production of written material. He has a Masters degree in Literature and degrees in English, writing and education. He produces high quality marketing, sales and instructional documents as well as web page designs and applications.
